Zelinsky group: new name - new story
The portraits of Nikolai Zelinsky - a Russian organic chemist, the creator of a scientific school, best known as the inventor of the first effective gas mask - adorn the walls of chemistry offices in many educational institutions. “I invented a gas mask to protect millions of young lives from suffering and death”, said the scientist. Zelinsky lived a long life and devoted three quarters of a century to science.
The time has come, and four leading manufacturers of personal protective equipment - Sorbent JSC (Perm), Tambovmash JSC (Tambov), EHMZ named after N.D. Zelinsky OJSC (Elektrostal), ARTI-Zavod JSC (Tambov) - united under the name of an outstanding Russian inventor, because people like Nikolai Zelinsky are the pride of our country.
For more than 80 years, factories have been leading developers and manufacturers of various means of individual and collective respiratory protection (RPE) - gas masks, respirators, self-rescuers, filters that meet the requirements of international standards, technical regulations.
