UNIX 2100: comfortable isolating half mask with quick release mechanism

General characteristics

UNIX 2100 half mask has a fixed frame shape. This prevents its deformation, thereby extending the service life. Silicone body provides increased comfort during long-term wear. The working temperature of the half mask is from -40 ° С to +40 ° С. Exhalation valve cover directs exhaled breath and moisture downward to reduce fogging of protective face equipment.

Like all half masks of the UNIX series, UNIX 2100 is a fully collapsible product. This will allow you to thoroughly rinse all parts and even replace some of them with new ones if necessary. UNIX 2100 is available in three sizes. The maximum weight of the half mask is not more than 145 g.

The most important feature of UNIX 2100 half mask is the quick release mechanism. Such mechanism makes it easy to drop down the respirator from face without removing head straps. This eliminates the need for removal of other PPE. It is implemented due to the U-shaped lever, which creates tension of the head harness when donning and weakens it when removed.

How to remove UNIX 2100 quickly:

1. Pull the U-shaped lever up

2. Pull the half mask to a comfortable length

Half mask does not require special care. It is enough to disassemble it into parts and wash it with soap and water. PPE is equipped with replaceable gas, particle and combined filters.
